My wife and I have recently returned from Madeira. Whilst there we stayed at the Savoy Gardens Hotel (Room 504). Rather than complete your formal questionnaire we would like to express our appreciation in a more personal note. The accommodation was excellent. However, from the lady who serviced our room to the Reception and Restaurant Manager(s) and Staff, the service was superb. In our view, the Savoy Gardens Hotel, primarily due to the quality and dedication of the people, is considerably better than many 5 star hotels at which we have stayed around the world. If possible, please convey our thanks to all concerned.

Dear Hotel Manager, My wife and I have just returned from week stay in your hotel and would like to thank you and all you staff for making our holiday most enjoyable. In the room was a letter asking us to name a member of staff whom we thought was the best, this we found very difficult. The reason being we found all the hotel staff, the reception, maintenance, dining room, bar, chamber maids and pool attendant extremely friendly, efficient and very helpful. All deserve our votes. The hotel is kept spotlessly clean and tidy and has a welcoming warm feel about it. I will have no problem recommending theSavoy Gardens to our friends and family. Kind Regards
